JOHNELLE BROWN
DIRECTOR OPERATIONS & HUMAN CAPITAL

Johnelle Brown oversees human resources and office operations for the Corn Refiners Association. In this position, she leads the CRA Diversity & Inclusion Committee, collaborating with member companies to support recruitment and workforce development of diverse talent.

Johnelle spent nearly ten years in commercial property management working for both Regency Centers and EDENS in the DC Metro area before shifting career paths. Johnelle previously worked as an HR Generalist and Office Manager for a boutique Software Development group in Alexandria, VA before joining the CRA team.

Johnelle received her Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University – Go Dukes! She holds a SHRM-CP Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
