WASHINGTON, D.C. – Corn Refiners Association President and CEO John Bode released the following statement on President-elect Donald Trump’s selection of Stephen Vaden to be USDA Deputy Secretary of Agriculture.

“Stephen Vaden would bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to a critical position at the Department of Agriculture. CRA is enthusiastic about the policy expertise and legal acumen Vaden will bring to the USDA leadership. We look forward to a productive working relationship with him, Ag Secretary Nominee-designate Brooke Rollins, and the rest of the Trump USDA team to grow the ag bioeconomy and promote American agriculture.”
