Corn Refiners Association President and CEO John Bode released the following statement in response to the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry’s Republican Farm Bill framework:
“We are grateful for Ranking Member John Boozman’s support of the ag bioeconomy in his Farm Bill proposal. The nation’s corn refining industry stands to benefit greatly from stronger policies that support the future of biomanufacturing, and we look forward to working with members of the House and Senate on both sides of the aisle to ensure our bipartisan priorities are important parts of the Farm Bill that is signed into law.”

Ingredion’s Bridgewater Idea Labs was recognized as a 2024 Top Workplace in New Jersey. The center is responsible for Ingredion’s research and development work. The distinction emphasizes the center’s conducive work environment — less than 3% of organizations are selected as Top Workplace winners.
Primient announced that the company will shift to full KPS Capital Partners, LP ownership by the end of July 2024. KPS has a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and industrial companies and has previously invested in Primient to help modernize the company’s manufacturing footprint.
The French-American Chamber of Commerce Chicago awarded Roquette The Business Star in the Midwest – French Large Company award. The award recognizes French-American companies that have significantly contributed to both the Midwest and global markets. Céline Deneuville, the Gurnee Plant Manager, accepted the award on behalf of Roquette.
